I thought we were quite lucky back in the day,
there was always something going on at either Linacre Mission or St Andrews that you could go to. I had a mate who lived in Kirk Road and she used to belong to a few groups in St Andrews.

Writing that just conjured up a vision of Bills bag wash where you also went for a bath.
Bill had a tap handle with which he controlled how much hot water you could have. There was also a washing machine in the room where you were expected to put the detergent in as the green light went on.
