I remember town at the height of the world-dominating 'Mersey Beat' in the 1960s - The buzz then was fantastic.
My cousin from Lincolnshire commented on the 'buzz' of the City on his several visits to do with his job.
My daughter and hubby love their long weekends from the IOM to Liverpool.
Without doubt the best city in the UK, and with the friendiest and funniest people
