If someone relatively normal pops up with a rant here and there or some wild unexpected statement, that can be interesting. Constant rants or too much stupid stuff is not interesting.
Today I looked for an option on Facebook to filter out specific words so that no post with that word would appear on my feed. The word was "Trump." I get way too many people bitching about Trump and so big Trump fans, too. I would just as soon not see a single one of those posts.
My wife is worried about what will happen under Trump, thinking there are some pretty bad possible scenarios. I urge her not to worry too much, that we have plenty of money and are in position to adapt, we're paying attention, and Trump did not ruin the world in his last term.
I put a bit more money in fixed income, and I promised not to make any risky investments, which I probably should not do anyway as a Boomer.
This election was the first election I ever voted for him in; the alternative was unthinkable when you consider what the left has done to the Democrat party.
On money, I'm as heavy into equities as I have ever been, even though I am a very early retiree. Trump in my opinion will be good for the market.

you have to accept reality. it was stolen but there is no way to prove it.
