Because I'll take 6-3 Supreme Court, a GOP Senate Majority, and a House that will likely be GOP in 2022 since midterms 90% time favor the opposite Presidential party and the House is already close. And its likely we will see more conservative spending in 21-22 since the GOP Senate isn't going to pass anything that Biden/Pelosi want. So as I said before the election, I didnt see much changing between Biden/Trump bc Trump wasn't conservative, at least in my definition. And I knew there wasn't going to be any blue wave because polls are garbage. They were in 2016 and they were this time.
I'm really happy Oregon decriminalized hard drugs. I can't wait for all the drug users in Florida to move to Oregon. We can't wait to get rid of them. Hope California passes the same thing. The more we divide this country between conservative decency and lib slums/chaos, the better. Let the lines be drawn. This election showed I picked a great state to live the rest of my life in. My town, 94% white, elected a black republican Byron Donalds 61-39. Entire state of Florida was a success. Look at the latin vote Trump pulled.

I’m pretty libertarian, I voted for the Jo that isn’t senile. Of course I knew she wouldn’t win, but it’s a long slow incremental process to get third party viability and hopefully someday end this charade of the two parties. But as Plaza mentions below, I have a life, and it will go on. I don’t care that much either way who’s in the White House. That’s just fodder for the talking heads, and people who watch them. I do think coronavirus throws a big wrench into budgets, however, that is why you can’t run massive debts all the way up to it. Our only way out of this is going to be massive tax increases, which would likely turn a lot of voters against whatever party tries to implement it, but I don’t see how else we climb out of this hole.
