The city and its Congressional reps are solid blue and will stay that way. My daughter lives in another district in Baltimore and it's one of those wonderful gerrymandered districts: get a chunk of the Dem city and certain suburbs and then sprawl wherever it takes to include some Republicans but not enough to matter. Previous Message I hope she wins. "the worst place for a black person to live in the US is in a democratic controlled city". This girl, with intelligence, voice, charisma, and looks...is going to blow up even if she doesn't win.
