Any fans here? Special effects are obviously very impressive; they spent lavishly and then some. Not much character development, and a modest plot until a strong finish. I liked the female MMA fighter they brought in. Baby Yoda was a clever idea, even if it was a blatant marketing and merchandise ploy.

Part of my challenge is the same as some of the movies, where there were too much fighting and not enough drama or character. Yeah, I know Wars is in the title, but it’s why I like the best of Star Trek much more.
