And Haighter, I really doubt you are better off financially than anyone here. You live in SF, where a shithole to live in costs $1 mils. Where the weather sucks, and you gotta make $250,000 a year just to live a middle class life that people in Texas can live for far less. Plus don’t you have small kids?
