Screw for Top Lever Coupler

Does anyone make new screws for the top lever coupler that operates the rotary bolt? The screws threads are usually destroyed after removing. Numrich sells originals. Also, does any know the screw thread pitch on the screw? I'd like to chase the threads on the coupler with a tap.
