Forend escutcheon

Would like to find a forend escutcheon for one of my Smith projects. I am specifically looking for the rectangular ("oval") type typical of the later model ejector guns. I would like to find one that is plain (without any sort of marking/engraving) as it is going on a 16g Field model.

If your search isn't successful, there is a drawing on page 166 of the plans and specifications.
Doesn't look like it would be too difficult to fabricate.
