I have a LC 00 12 gauge hammerless shotgun recently redone by a reputable gunsmith, don't want to call on the weekend and bug him right now. Left barrel fires a shell fine but the right side dosent. With barrels off I put a quarter on the firing pins and both sides shoot quarter 6'ish. With barrels on I put a dowel down the barrels. Left side moves dowel 2-3 inches. Right side....no movement. Upon inspection the right side cocking rod dosent move as freely as the left, almost like it binding. The right side cocking rod also dosent protrude out as far as the left side. Could the cocking rod be the culprit of the right side barrel not firing.
