The Southern Side-By-Side Shotgun Shoot in Sanford, North Carolina will be held on April 21-22-23-24 of 2022. One of the best ECONOMY motels to stay at in Sanford is THE ECONO LODGE, 1403 North Horner Blvd., Sanford, NC zip code 27330. Ms Terry Sifford is the Manager of this ECONO LODGE in Sanford, NC and she is offering a special motel rate for the SXS shooters during The Southern SXS Shoot of 2022. Terry’s help at The Econo Lodge registration desk is a man named “Ravi”. Ravi knows many of us as he has been working the desk for several years now. This year the Econo Lodge will cost us about $61.00 per night plus the tax for a room with 2 double beds. The tax is almost $9.00 per night so the total comes to about $70.00 per night. To get this special room rate you must call Ravi at 919-721-5798 directly. The Econo Lodge also has some rooms with a single king sized bed available. If you want to stay at The Econo Lodge during The Southern SXS Shoot of 2022 you need to call Ravi very soon and make your reservation. Ravi’s phone number at The Econo Lodge is 919-721-5798. Call The Econo Lodge directly at this phone number for the special shooters rate. Tell them that you are attending The Southern SXS Shoot to get this discounted rate. I have stayed there many years for the Southern. Last year will be my last. Last year I felt very uncomforable and unsafe!

I made my room reservation a couple weeks back and mentioned that I was coming for the Southern. Hope that reflected in the rate I am charged.

what made you feel unsafe at The Econo Lodge

Hello Bob, What happened to make you feel unsafe at The Econo Lodge in Sanford ...... I cannot recall anyone having a real security problem at The Econo Lodge ..... There have been problems, actual problems, thefts from vehicles, at other motels in Sanford but I am not aware of a theft at The Econo Lodge of Sanford, NC .... posted by Jent.

Thank you VERY MUCH for posting this information.

You had recommended this lodging to me when I attended the Southern the year before the pandemic canceled subsequent shows. The accommodations were spartan, but just fine. In fact, JD Shank was not able to get in anywhere nearby as he was slow to book so he bunked with me! All worked out quite well and the weather and show was wonderful.

Again, I much appreciate your proactive actions for the benefit of our members!
