TURKEY GIVE AWAY AT TURKEY SHOOT
Three turkey gift cards will be awarded at the turkey shoot. In addition to shooting awards for both L.C. Smith and open SxS shooters, a turkey gift card will be drawn for shooters in EACH of the Main Event, Hammer Event and one for the combined Wobble and 5-Stand Events.
All are welcomed! see you there!

There is going to be food, a hot lunch provided, so yes the owner of the gun club needs to know how much food to prepare for the shooters and guest of the shooters ...... This has been a great shoot in the past years and the owner of this club typically serves thick sliced hot ham as the main dish for lunch at his shoots which is a big hit usually .... The thick slice ham is a big difference from our normal gun club lunch .... as of October 25th Keith at Warrington Sporting Clays has 12 gauge and 20 gauge clay target ammo available for $11.00 per box of 25 shells .... posted by Jent

I Called The Rodeway Inn of Dillsburg Directly

I called The Rodeway Inn of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania directly to make my reservation to spend Friday night, November 12 of 2021 at that motel. I spoke to "MANNY" at the Rodeway Inn in Dillsburg. "MANNY" is a little bit difficult to understand on the telephone but we got it all done and he sent me a confirmation email. The price has gone up at this Rodeway Inn. The room that I reserved cost $74.99 plus taxes so it will be about $84.00 when it is all included and added up. I and several others of us have stayed at this Rodeway Inn in the past. It is plenty good enough but it is not the RITZ. We can walk to the restaurant next door or ride down to the BAKER's DINER to eat. Okay pre register . I assume American guns with the ugly hinge pin are okay ? And any gauge 10 or smaller ?

All Vintage SXS shotguns are welcome at the LCSCA Turkey Shoot BUT you cannot win an LCS prize with a SXS built by another maker...... I believe that there are a few prizes for non-LCS guns..... look closely at the registration form..... posted by Jent on 31 October 2021.

I spoke with Keith at Warrington Sporting Clays today and he is preparing the course and planning the lunch menu. The trophies just arrived for the L. C. Smith and Open Gun categories. The LCSCA is providing gift cards for turkeys as drawing prizes. Thank you Jent for providing range directions and lodging information.

Just spoke with Keith at Warrington Sporting Clays and everything is set for the LCSCA Turkey Shoot this Saturday. Keith will have great courses set for the events and is baking his delicious hams with yummy sides for us this year.

Awesome shoot! The weather cooperated late afternoon and we got all of our flights off.
The 5 stand was tough,the wobble was super fun, and the main course was a lot of fun. A great mix of easy/challenging targets that had us all having to step up!

Thanks to the LC Smith Assoc for holding the event . Mike Alsop and myself drove up Saturday morning from Culpeper/Orange VA area , left at 6 AM and we’re in the club house before 9 AM . No neither of us shot Smiths , Mike’s a Remington double guy and I’m pretty much totally Parker . Anyway we enjoyed it quite a bit . Good food , challenging targets and plenty like minded folks ! Thanks
