Serial Numbers

Is there a way to know if a certain serial number is documented BEFORE paying for a search? Thank you.

The answer is yes – if you are a member of the LCSCA. One of the benefits of membership is serial number checks for the basic information (grade gauge, barrel length, recorded options). Date of manufacture is not included.
