The first 10 pigeon guns made in 1893

I am going to attempt to have a article written about the first 10 pigeon guns serial numbers 37209 thru 37218. I personally own serial number 37209 and I know where 37210 and 37211 are located. If anyone has any of the other seven please contact me at kendescovich@gmail.com

Here is a teaser to my endever this is serial number 37209 before the restoration of the wood, you can see there are quite a few differences in the engraving with the latter pigeon guns and there are even differences in mine versus serial number 37210. For instance 37210 has a wider top rib (no pictures yet).

Yes I plan on the article to be in our LCSCA journal. I hope to get more guns involved.

I have a later 1903 Pigeon Grade - sort of. It is a Pigeon Grade. The LC Smith letter indicates it left the factory with 30" barrels. It now has 28" 2E barrels. Straight English stock and it is my favorite gun for dove hunting.

One last attempt to have additional pigeon shotguns of the first 10 pigeon guns in my article, please check your serial numbers, (37209 thru 37218) if you are concerned about condition of the gun don't be worried as these guns at least the 1st three have been well used. I will be visiting serial number 37210 and 37211 real soon. I hope my pictures will do them justice, I will be using a canon sx720 hs digital camera.
