RST Shotshells

Does anyone have any idea what is going with this company? I typically order shells from them by the case but I got an email after my last order that they were out of stock on most shells specifically in this case for 20 gauge shells. I've been checking their website periodically and the site is either shut down with a notation that they are trying to catch up on back orders or when I am able to access their site every shell other than those loaded with bismuth shot is listed as out of stock.
Any idea what is happening with this company?

All ammo is in very short supply at present. I imagine (though do not know) that RST is have trouble sourcing components. I know I am!

I Was At My Local Gun Store Today

I was at my local gun store in Virginia today and the ammo shelves and reloading shelves were just about stripped clean...... They did have a good selection of handguns but not much if any ammo for those handguns...... posted by Jent on Feb 9th of 2021

Same story in Ohio. My go to gun store for reloading is also a distributor in southern Ohio. They have no idea when they are getting more supplies but have lots on order. I think I've got enough for trap, sporting clays in 16G and 20G. It's tough all over.

I actually got them on the phone about a month ago and they still had stock but they did say components were getting scarce. I do give them credit because at that time they limited orders from gun shops because the gun shops were gouging the customers and RST did not want to be associated. I ordered a case quantity at that time.

Thank you all for your input. The question then becomes why are all ammo and components in such short supply? I’m sure the worldwide pandemic must have something to do with it. What do you all think?

Uncle Joe Biden somehow got elected to be the POTUS in November of 2020 ...... Gun sales in the USA in December of 2020 and January of 2021 increased dramatically compared to all previous months that we have records for ..... January of 2021 compared to January of 2020 showed something like a 50% increase in firearms sales in the USA for that month alone ...... Most firearms sales in December of 2020 and January of 2021 were made by or to FIRST TIME GUN OWNERS ..... It is estimated that 60% of all of the sales in Dec of 2020 and Jan of 2021 were to FIRST TIME GUN OWNERS ..... When these new gun owners purchased their new gun they also bought ammo .... When Uncle Joe got elected all of the older gun owners in the USA began buying more ammo for the guns that they already had and now there is an extreme shortage of all types of ammo ..... the former POTUS, BHO, use to hold the title of "Best Gun Salesman Ever" but Uncle Joe has now claimed that title too ......
