Spring Shoot March 21,22 2021 at Carlisle Pa.

Our Spring Shoot is just around the corner.Everything is set in place,the next thing needed is your participation.I will need to know for sure if you are coming by no later than March 8.I will need to know if you are planning to be at the Club for shooting on Sunday afternoon and will be joining us for a meeting and meal at 5:00.I need to have an accurate head count for your attedance on Monday.Carlisle Fish and Game is located at 1421 W.Trindle RD.Carlisle Pa.The Skeet and Wobble Trap will be open on Sunday afternoon 1:00 till around 4:00.Dinner at Fidler's Grill,1 Mayapple Dr. off Route 74 Carlisle Pa. at 5:00.Monday.You will need to register and pay before you do anything at the main hall in the lower level of the old white barn on your right as you drive in.Shooting will be 9:00-3:00 This will include S.C. Skeet and Wobble traps payable at the smaller clubhouse by the Skeet fields.Note-New this year:You will be given a ticket when you pay and register.This ticket will be needed to participate in any shooting events and lunch.Guns for Sale Tables are available $20 each.I need to know in advance for these.You may contact me at 410-756-2095 or pastorcharlie1949@yahoo.com Thanks,Charlie.

The date for our Spring Shoot is fast approaching.You must let me know if you are coming by March 8.People letting me know so far,are coming in very,very slowly and total numbers are much lower than in previous years.We have had as many as 80 shooters some years.We need at least 40 shooters to be able to have the club open up for us.Right now we are way under this number.I know that that the Covid is having an effect on everyting.If this Shoot is to happen this year,we need to have your support soon! I am planning to be at Carlisle, Pennsylvania to shoot on Sunday, March 21 of 2021 and Monday, March 22 of 2021..... I will have our 2021 LCSCA Calendars with me to be distributed..... Folks our shoot is in a few days.Expect 75 to 80 people with plenty of gun tables.It would be very helpful if folks would bring $5.00 dollar and $20.00 bills to cut down on money having to change hands back and forth many times during the event.This should help with cutting down on Covid spread and having to make change.Have a safe trip over to Carlisle Pa. Charlie, thanks for making all the arrangements. Can you fill us in on the shooting fees (Sunday and Monday), lunch on Monday, etc.?

Sunday the wobble trap and skeet will be open at about 1:00 or maybe a little ahead of that.The cost should be $8.00 per round.Lunch on Monday is included in the sign in fee of $20.00. You will get a wristband when you sign in.You will need to wear this in order to do anything.Skeet and Wobble will be $8.00 again on Monday.Sporting Clays should be $18.00 per 50 round.Lunch will be open from about 11:30 to 1:00.My son Kevin and I hope to come over after church on Sunday and arrive around 1:00.We will have to set up tables and chairs for the show at around 3:00.We could always use some extra help.I will mark the rental tables at this time to cut down on confussion on Monday morning.Face masks are required to be worn as well as people to practice social distancing whenever they can.The good thing is that our group will be the only ones at the club for this special event other than club workers.Charlie.

I want to thank everyone that participated in our Spring Shoot.We had 68 signed in and a few more that just came to visit.We had the best weather ever,I think.I will place a complete write up in the next journal with some pictures.It was nice to see old friends and a new ones as well.Hope to see everone down south in a few weeks.Charlie.
