Leather Trade Label

I am looking for a leather L C Smith trade label to put in a Canvas and leather gun case to display a crown grade. I think someone makes them for this purpose, any help would be appreciated.

Ted, Galazan's is advertising leatherette trade labels in their 2020 catalog. Go to connecticutshotgun.com
