Summer issue of the L.C. Smith Journal

Because three of our official LCSCA events have been cancelled, we will have space in the Summer issue of the L.C. Smith Journal for more articles. If you've been thinking about submitting an article -- and you're sheltering at home and getting bored -- now's a great time to write about your favorite shotgun. Send submissions to: LCSmithJournal@gmail.com If you'd like some guidelines or want to discuss an article idea, please send a message to the same address. Please send submissions by April 15. Cheryl & Jim I have an interesting hunting story about my dad's 12 gauge LC. On Nov.3 ,2016 which would have been his 102nd birthday I shot a grouse with my dad's gun that my son flushed and I shot. My dad was Charles W., I am Charles D. and my son is Charles J. .I always carry his 12 gauge for a hunt on his birthday . It was the only LC he ever had and the only shotgun I ever saw him own. It was not a gun to hunt Grouse since it had 30" barrels and it was mod./full choked.
I keep a Grouse and Woodcock journal every season and remember the day vividly. What do you think about submitting the story.

Yes, please do write your story and send it to us. I think our readers would enjoy it very much! Please include a couple of photos (300 dpi or more. If you need help with the photos, let me know.)
