Given federal restrictions on travel from Europe and new North Carolina restrictions on outdoor events, it is with sadness that we announce the cancellation of this year’s Southern Side by Side Championship & Exhibition, which was scheduled for April 23-26, 2020.
The next Southern Side by Side Championship & Exhibition will be April 22-25, 2021. Although we have never had to cancel a show before, in the past when exhibitors have needed to bow out after committing we have “rolled over” their payments to the next show. Please allow us to roll over your 2020 payment to the 2021 show.
We will be updating the web page with the new dates and you will have the entire year of exposure.

Very sorry to hear this news. I shot at Deep River on Saturday, 3/14. At that time, they were planning to move ahead with the events as scheduled. The European travel restrictions were extended to Great Britain and Ireland, which knocked out lead sponsor Atkin, Grant, and Lang. That was followed by NC Gov. Roy Cooper's executive order forbidding gatherings of more than 100 people. Let's all hope that this disruption passes quickly, and that we can get together for other SxS events later in the year.
