Vintage recoil pads

What is probably the most acquirable and reasonably appropriate vintage pad to put on a 1924 field grade gun? I am thinking anything for that exact time period to say maybe 10 years later 1934'ish.

Jostam, NOSHOC or Hawkins repro. CSMC has them

I actually just bought a Hawkins with the horizontal cavities parallels to each other but it is too short. I actually saw it on eBay and the guy had it listed as a Thompson Center pad and I picked it up for 12 bucks. Still pliable/ no cracks and just too dang short

Travis the CSMC reprouction pads that I have seen were WAY too big. My gunsmith had two factory new Hawkins pads so I paid up and had them put on two guns. Why didn't I just trim a brick ? other than LOP an look big mistake. With my shoulder problems now . Wish I had gone with Kickeeze. LOL I know this doesn't solve your problem, just saying mistakes I have made.

I have two of the CSMC Hawkins heart pads and yes they are too big for anything I have, I am going to purchase one of the straight line ones to see if there is enough solid end rubber to fit up on a couple projects.

I found one appropriate subject for the original I have though so that is a plus.
