LC Smith restoration

I have an LC I am wanting to have restored. Need recommendations for gunsmith in South Carolina.

Jim Kelly, Darlington Gun Shop, Darlington, SC. He did the restoration work on Bo Whoop a few years ago, before it was sold/donated to DU. I have seen a high grade 20 gauge Parker he restored that was an unbelievable job. He originally got the gun in a shoe box with no wood. He has repaired, blued, etc., several L C Smith's for me over the years. He may not do re-stock work on Elsie's.
