barrel identification

A fellow is trying to sell me a SxS barrel and forearm in 16ga that he claims is LC Smith. I can not find any stamps that help me to verify that. There is a serial number stamped on the underside. Top of left barrel "-CHOKE BORED-" Top of right "-HOMO-TENSILE STEEL-" Serial number stamped in wood of forearm and also in metal of forearm bracket It is a pretty rough set with most bluing gone and a ding or two in the barrels. Any help in identifying as (or not) as a Smith set would be appreciated. Thank you

Need a photo of the barrel flats to be sure it is not LC Smith, but the terms "-CHOKE BORED- and "-HOMO-TENSILE STEEL-" are not barrel markings used by Hunter Arms; so based on these stamps, these would not be LC Smith barrels.

Homo-tensile steel

The Baker Batavia Special was offered with "Homo-tensile steel". It was also a sidelock, but with a different action profile and lockplate than the Smith sidelock.

This is a Batavia Leader with Chain Damascus barrels
