We’re having the usual great time in Georgetown, and while someone else is going to provide a detailed breakdown of the entire event, I Thought I’d fill everyone in on how things stand so far.
Team Elsie lost the Main Smith/Parker Challenge event which took place yesterday afternoon with a final score of 209 Smith to 221 Parker. Some really great shooting by both sides, but Team Parker came out on top, Congratulations to Team Parker.
Unfortunately that’s the Last good news forTeam Parker, so far. Of the individual challenge events held on Wednesday & Thursday, Teame Elsie ran the table. We won the .410, 20 Ga, 28 Ga (with chamber inserts), & 16 Ga Smith/Parker Challenges. We also won the American Classic Trap Challenge with a score of 115 Elsie/103 Parker.
Today’s events include the Smith/Parker Hammer Gun Challenge, the Main Event (open to all shooters of any Mfr), and the Compak Sporting 5-Stand event.
I’ll update later once the Hammer Gun Challenge has been contested.
