Field grade, 'shooter' stock / fit for women??Archived Message

Does anyone have a contact for someone, preferably in the Pacific NW, that 1) fits and/or 2) makes stocks befitting women?
I have a friend that is 'making do' with her Rem. 1100, longs for a nice SxS (field) for upland hunting but seriously does not FIT the generic, traditional stock of the mass market gun.
As a lot of women, she has too much neck, a seemingly surplus of arm, and really isn't built like a guy. (I know, surprising, eh?)
We were out last night working the dogs and were doing fit tests afterwards. Of course, any of the Elsies, or my JP Saur, fit her husband fine, even though he's a southpaw. The raised cheek of the JP notwithstanding. However, on her, elevated to give a decent line on the barrel, about half the buttstock was above her shoulder and still she had her head laid way over. So, I am thinking it would be a pretty radically different stock than Elsies normally wear! A lot of drop, lots of comb and some cast I think too. But, would be helpful to know someone that knows the issues and can deal with them appropriately!
