Also the bores will be .650 they were changed sometime in the 1930's to .660 so measuring for choke can be different.
The sixteen gauge is one of my favorites, I bought an 0 grade years ago with a beautiful piece of wood on it, some of the swirls run vertical. On the right side one of the previous owners put his name in the stock. Someone asked me if I was going to fix it and I said no, I am only it's caretaker for a while. It is a circa 1910 with 28" Good Damascus barrels.
