    First LC Questions Archived Message

After searching for some time for an LC with more open chokes, I located a 1936 Field Grade in nice condition.

In absorbing all the information I could find from this site and others I saw the recommendation to clean and oil the locks at least annually removing lock screws with exact size gunsmith screw driver. What size works best?

The other question I have is regarding covering the unfinished wood from a small nick in stock, what product to use to repair (keep moisture out)?

After shooting the gun to confirm function of Hunter One Trigger definitely a big LC fan.

    Any recommendations are appreciated.
