Agreed on the Stock and the action. That case is just drop dead gorgeous. Don't know where whomever came up with the skeleton buttplate.. but really nice work.
The barrels are not in the same class. Bead or sandblasted from the looks of them. Took out the proof / inspection (?) marks. But, it is 'low gloss'.
