First, thank you for you earlier advice. I had the absolute pleasure of shooting sporting clays with my father over Thanksgiving. I shot my first LC Smith 00 grade and my father his field grade. I had never before pulled the trigger on and LC Smith. Now, I fully understand. At 111 years old, my gun shoots like a dream, as does my father's. Just amazing guns and both in original condition.
One problem I discovered, my three position safety does not work. Could this be a reassembly issue? I am not too far from Litiz, PA and can drop off the next time I'm in town.
