You can shoot modern light loads in your shotgun if it is found to be in good condition by a knowledgeable individual. Go to the "New Page" and look at frequently asked questions. Remember, you are shooting a shotgun with 115 year old wood. I shoot my older Elsies with light loads on a regular basis without problem. RST makes light loads suitable for older shotguns.
