This is my two part question:
    1. If the barrels are not fully opened when removing spent rounds can the gun be cocked, but the spring not be fully engaged on the tumbler which could allow it to slip and fire the gun when closing? If so, is it more likely to happen with the right barrel?
    2. If question number 1 can happen is this potential problem more likely to occur with ejector barrels?

I ask the question because I have experienced the firing on closing issue sporadically, but never with extractor barrels . With the ejector barrels if I make a conscious effort to open the gun to the full extent of the pivot I don't seem to have the issue (same frame as extractor barrels).
