It's a very rewarding hobby but I wouldn't want to do it for a living. Way too much sitting. It can be blissful though, in the winter, sitting in a sunny window in the solarium with a cup of coffee; when it's too cold to want to be working outside.
If it's a field grade and you did the other work, you might want to add checkering to your repertoire of restoration skills. There is no shortage of old busted up LCS stocks to practice on to refine your skills.
