Bryan, I have been recording serial numbers for the Fulton guns and have not seen any in the 91 range. It would help if you sent pictures to my email address in the envelope next to my name so that I can help you better with your parts.
There were two different types of sears and I believe springs. Pay no attention to the name Gladiator, still a Fulton gun. This is the early type with the "hanging sears". Again pay no attention to the name Ranger, still a Fulton box lock but like the above made for Sear Roebuck & Co.
Here is a link to the schematics for both styles. The early style has 1 screw on the bottom of the receiver and 3 screws on the side of the receiver as shown on the Gladiator. Later ones had 3 screws on the bottom of receiver (floor plate) and 2 screws on the face of the receiver.
