Brandon, you can keep your eye out on eBay as sometimes you will find a stock and for-end. Finding a for-end will still most likely need to be fitted to the barrels.
Also for the hammer, his serial number is very close to when the changed from a Type II hammer to the Type III hammer also in 1899. If you could post a picture of the remaining hammer we can tell you which one you need.
Many of us still shoot these old hammer guns, and they are fun to shoot.
