Niko, there are very few low pressure, low velocity out there for reloading. RST is one that does make 2 1/2" hulls for vintage guns.
I have loaded 2 1/2" hulls that I have cut down from 2 3/4" and then roll crimped them.
Not a fast way especially for any amount of shooting.
Any published low pressure, low velocity 2 3/4" shell components will fit into a 2 1/2" roll crimped shell.
