Kano Kroil is a fantastic product. I have used it for cleaning the bores of all my rifles and pistols for years. It will penetrate rusted together parts an allow them to separate easily, I actually put it in the cylinders of a tractor that had sat parked for 40 years [the piston rings had rusted to the cylinders seizing the engine] 24 hours later I turned the engine over [with a wrench on the crankshaft] and within
1/2 hour I had the tractor running!
O.K. I diverse, I want to warn everyone Kroil WILL soak into wood, and you won't get it out, also VERY IMPORTANT DO NOT let it get near any seals on optics. It will compromise any seals and allow anti-fogging gasses to escape.
