I know this has been discussed before, but... I have my Elsie apart and I think it is do-able. The receiver has a slot cut in it, and there is a cam type cut milled into the top lever. By lining up the trigger plate with the receiver it looks that there is enough clearance for the bar to work. I did not assemble the trigger plate to the receiver as I didn't want to mess with the top lever while it was out of the stock. I have ordered one of the bars from Numrich, but I don't want to install it if it is going to damage my trigger assy. Myles
