    Hello All!
I'm sure lots of folks are curious as to how Rick and the Backwoods Gang is enduring the catastrophic flooding that Georgetown has been experiencing of late. One of the Team Parker spies that lives near the venue reports that after having shot there today you'd be hard pressed to find anything out of kilter. According to him, members traveling from points north should not have any difficulty, and those arriving from the south may have to do a little homework due to detours because of wash-outs. He also mentioned that it would probably take about 15 minutes longer to travel from the usual hotel haunts due to a detour around the Ferry Landing bridge between Georgetown and the venue.
    Great news overall!
On another note, Team Ithaca has asked to be able to compete on the Trap Challenge event. We've renamed the Trap event (only) The American Classic Trap Challenge, and invited all American Classic SXS Clubs that would like to participate to step right up! Should be a great event, and we welcome Team Ithaca and any other team that would like to give it a go!
Same rules as last year, 25.00 for 50 targets, as many times as you'd like to shoot it, a single 15.00 trophy fee, top three scores from each team will constitute that teams entry, and best aggregate total of top three scores will be this years winning team. Three identical trophies awarded to the winning team.
I hope everyone is able to get in some quality practice for the weekend! Team Parker really handed it to us last Fall in the 5-stand Challenge event, and after the THUMPIN we gave them in Sanford last spring, I know that they'll be looking for revenge in Georgetown!
