This is the second style of ejectors that came out in 1901. They are shown with the second style of roller release with the banjo type escutcheon (#2) and the third style #3 escutcheon. If your for-end ejector has springs in it like the ones shown, then it is the second style. The first style ejector used the mainspring/s in the locks to eject the shells upon opening the gun. The picture below shows the first style release used only in 1901 that was used with the second style ejectors. Drawing of first style ejectors utilizing the mainspring/s for ejecting the spent shells. There is no difference between an ejector receiver and a non-ejector receiver, it is all in the for-end.
