Kim, In relation to your question about loads, I suggest Ballistic Products Loading Brochure 10 - 28 gauge Low Pressure Loads. I am loading 16 gauge 2 1/2" 1 oz roll crimped loads that Ballistic shows as 6900 PSI. The load uses 22 gr of Longshot powder by Hodgdon, Fiocchi hull, Fiocchi 616 primer, SG16 wad, OS16 overshot wad. Dad's 1910 Ithaca 2 9/16" chambers with ejectors & Damascus barrels. The loads are clean and effective on quail, pheasant, (7 1/2 & 6's)and clays (8's). Chuck
