Hello all, I have an older LC Smith that has the question mark style piece in the trigger group. It has worn so much that when moved to the forward most selector position it simply falls out of the guide. I am going to attempt to fabricate a replacement but for the life of me I cannot get it out. I'm sure it's something simple I'm just missing and am feeling like an idiot for not being able to do it.
Is it one piece or is that a pin running through it that needs to be driven out? I've punched the pin on the triggers themselves but that has gotten me nowhere. I don't want to go banging away on this until I know for sure how to get it out so I can get the new one in if I'm successful in creating one. Any and all guidance would be greatly helpful and appreciated!
