I know the chronology was recently updated because I made a submission that revised the information on the latest 3" chambered Long Range. I am new to the LC Smith CA...compared to most of the folks I see in the forum or on the website. I have found the info in both areas excellent. Change it on occasion to keep it fresh....ok by me...but the format, the information, the helpfulness of the members is something that should stay the same. The only suggestion I have is that when a "newbie" posts a question about the value of his L.C. Smith some members need to be a little less caustic pointing out that that the poster should read the FAQ's and implying that they should have read the directions before asking that stupid question. Of course they did not read the directions or they would not be posting that question. As irritating as it might be to some it is not the way to attract new members. A kinder reply is in order....we certainly do not want to sound like grumpy old men even if most of us are. Thanks for the soap box.
ps: hunting this weekend ...FW 12 gauge Field Grade (restored) 26" barrels 6 3/4#......great dog ......life is good!
