I am working on an 1898 O grade ejector gun. Something is messed up with the clamshell. It spins with no pressure on it. The fore end is stuck on solid. someone cut out a triangle at the receiver end of the wood but all you can see is the end of the j spring and the screw holding the j spring tension spring. While I already have to repair the fore end, I'd rather not have to split it to get it off. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Mark
