Thanks guys The hammers are good, when I made the pin I measured the free space from hammer to pin on the good side and made new pin to the exact dimensions, I even lengthened and shortened it , same results.
I love the quarter test, although not scientific I think it was a legitimate test. Results: it throws the quarter ( with the butt on the floor ) about 4 to 5 feet high. Both barrels about the same height. Tried it with a Parker hammer and both barrels pinned the quarter to the ceiling . I am really thinking weak springs , but I must admit I thought I had this fixed several times already. Any good source for springs ? Thank You, Tom
