Got the field grade back from Buck Hamlin. Holy cow- he does an incredible job. Case coloring looks excellent. The gun looks brand new. The refinish on the stock is pretty amazing. This gun is going to be sweet come October.
I did ask him if he saw anything that was odd that made it so light he said no, but it is a featherweight and he didn't think it was remarkable at 6# 7oz. Very nice guy.
