I'm sure more will be said in appreciation of the incredible job Dr Jim and Kim have done developing, maintaining, and monitoring this Forum, which I believe is the most comprehensive collector's site on the internet, AND with the most friendly and mannerly participants.

Much of what makes this Forum the delightful and informative place to sit and visit is the fact that those here are truly gentlemen/gentlewomen who behave as they would in their own home AND Dr Jim's willingness to delete inappropriate posts/threads or block users who violate acceptable standards of behavior for this voluntary association.

We should always be examining ourselves as to how to make this an even better association and forum and with the upcoming transition it might be wise to seek suggestions in that regard. I have two:
    1. New posters seem frequently not to read the clear instructions in the introduction. Possibly BIGGER LETTERS AND IN COLOR
    2. With my increasingly squishy brain, it sure would be nice to have an edit function to correct my mistakes made in posting.

And a hearty 'well done and thank you' to Dr Jim and Kim!
