    I am sure a lot of shooters have their special drills for lubrication. Here is what has worked for me. Auto loader: a light coat of Remington gun oil....some shoot them dry and swear that is the best way. Smith double...I use silicone grease . Get it at ACE hardware plumbing section . It is clear and super slippery. Holds up well when hot. Just a touch on the hinge pin and mating parts. Remlube light on the lever mechanism and extractors. Screw in chokes, try a light coat of anti seize compound. Auto Zone. Do not be afraid to get your finger dirty...it is a great tool to apply a little lube.
