Three digit single barrel trap guns were made with numbers from 222 thru 624 with some possible gaps in the numbering. For their own reasons Hunter Arms created the first group in the 500 numbering series followed by a block in the 200's The first SBT gun is numbered 500. It appears that all of the three digit guns were made in 1917 thru 1918. I suggest you obtain a research letter on the gun; some of the early ones were owned by famous trap shooters
