If you reload on a progressive machine that has a collect resizer that Chris Helms mentioned, then yes some will do that. BUT if you shoot these shells out of the same gun and not change, there is no need to re-size the brass as it cannot get any bigger than the chamber it is fired in. A Mec 600 Jr. just compresses the brass and so would not do this also. A Mec 8567 progressive, resizes the brass back to factory specs of around .805 in 12 gauge. Any thing smaller and you have a chance of ruining the collet. Best shell to reload is the Remington Gun Club with the steel head, same reloading data as the Remington STS, Nitro.
