Keith Kearcher prices will be less than most any competent person doing the same work. I have heard Behlens mentioned as a brand of laquer proper for protecting case color. Their spray is most often recommended, but I don't know how the other parts are masked. Most barrel pitting will be struck until gone rather than filled with a tig weld. Most American 12 gauge guns have plenty of wall thickness for striking of minor pits.
