Torgo, Welcome. 1907 would have been the first year for Featherweights, but if there is only one screw holding both side locks on then it is a Regular frame. Question #1, never say never. There are a lot of unanswered questions. 2. If you have the book did you compare your Grade 0 to the books Grade 0? I believe that there was only line engraving then. After 1913 this became the Ideal Grade. 3.Never heard of that, skeet has double shots. See post about bushings. The firing pins came in 3 different lengths.
Get the firing pins and the bushings and use the right loads in it and it will be around another 100 years.
